Selling Spanish property as a non-resident — including the 3% retention recovery
When a non-resident sells Spanish property, the buyer must retain 3% of the price and pay it to AEAT (Modelo 211). To recover it (often €5K-€20K+), you must file Modelo 210 within 4 months. We coordinate the full sale legal side and reclaim your 3% — most sellers leave this money on the table because their gestor never files it.
